Notes:
There is a cut in Concertina and another in Sugar. Taxi Ride is a
bit wobbly in the beginning and there is a short dropout.
Note that the cut at the end of Concertina was very abruptly followed
by the in-progress Sugar, so, in order to make the final listening
experience more pleasurable, I made Concertina a four track mix
instead of a two track and mixed in the ovation from another portion
of the show with the end of the song via a cross-fade. This enabled
me to fade Concertina out properly without sacrificing any of the
actual song. In my opinion the editing is undetectable to the
listener and is vastly preferable to a jarringly abrupt cut, but,
for the sake of historical accuracy: some percentage of the
artificially mixed ovation for Concertina was "borrowed" from
elsewhere in the show.
